1. General Information

This Personal Data Processing Policy applies to the website operating at: paktainer.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). This document defines the principles of processing personal data of the Service users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and other applicable legal provisions.

The Administrator is the administrator of users’ personal data with regard to data voluntarily provided when using the Service.

  • data contained in email correspondence;

The Service allows users to contact the Administrator via contact forms. Data provided in the forms is processed solely for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, in particular to handle inquiries or business contact. The context of each form clearly informs users of the purpose for which data is collected.

The Service may store connection parameters (time, IP address) and – in certain cases – data enabling the form to be associated with the user’s email address.

  • the hosting company – under a data processing agreement;
