Side Gusset Bags (4SL)
Our 4SL series of side gusset bags are manufactured from high barrier materials that provide resistance to gas, vapour and UV light. These bags can be used as liners for rigid containers such as pails, drums or crates, or can be placed directly on pallets, with or without separator sheets.

- The side gussets expand to perfectly fit the dimensions of the container, fully customised to your requirements.
- Ideal for packaging large volumes of material.
- They provide rigidity and stability during the filling process.
- They can be placed directly on pallets without the need for additional boxing.
- The corner gusset seals prevent material from being trapped at the bottom of the bag.
- They provide excellent protection and support vacuum or gas flush packaging, depending on the material used.
Side Gusset Bags (2SL)
Our 2SL series of side gusset bags are made from high barrier materials that are resistant to gas, steam and UV light. These bags can be used as liners for rigid containers such as buckets, drums or crates or can be loaded directly onto pallets, with or without separator sheets.
Advantages:
- The side gussets expand to create a flat bottom that perfectly fits the dimensions of the container, custom designed to your specifications.
- This design provides both rigidity and stability during the filling process.
When used in conjunction with a liner, they offer increased mechanical strength (UN certification available). - They can be placed directly onto pallets without the need for additional boxing.
